Shipping policy
The products will be shipped via EMS international postal service. If the delivered items are found to be damaged, they are eligible for compensation. In such cases, please make sure to report the issue to your country's postal service provider. If we are unable to facilitate an exchange or resolution, we will process a full refund of the payment amount.
In regards to repairs
Yes, it is repairable.
If the product is damaged within 10 days of arrival due to normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
For damage occurring after the initial 10 days, damage due to misuse, or accidental breakage, we will charge a fee of approximately $30 USD for shipping and repair.
Payment will be processed through PayPal.
Please be aware that the repair process may take 1 to 2 months.

No, Orgonite is not a medical device. It does not guarantee any medical benefits or effects. The testimonials provided by customers, such as improvements in their health conditions, are purely personal opinions, and individual judgments and experiences are entirely their responsibility.
Is it necessary to cleanse orgonites?
In general, specific cleansing is not required for orgonites. However, since orgonites often contain various power stones, it is recommended to follow the typical cleansing methods for power stones. For example, you may consider:
